Pricing
4.9% plus $1.25 per ticket. 4.9% flat on everything else. No cap.
Buyer-payer by default. Committees keep face value; the fee appears as a separate line on the buyer's receipt with the total shown up front. Stripe processing is bundled in the fee; there is no separate card charge.
What the buyer actually pays
Every example below is the number the buyer sees at checkout, computed by the same function the live storefront uses. If the numbers here disagree with the storefront, the storefront is the bug.

The $1.25 per-ticket flat applies to tickets only. Merch, add-ons, camping nights, and other cart items get the 4.9% rate on their portion of the order.
What is not extra
- Stripe processing. Bundled. There is no separate card fee on top of what is shown above.
- The gate scanner PWA. Included on every plan. Runs offline against a cached manifest.
- The partner program. Included. You set the commission; you do not pay us extra to run it.
- Committee dashboard and event editor. Included.
- Post-event settlement. Included. Reserve release is automatic.
What costs extra
- Committee-payer fee mode. If you want to absorb the fee instead of the buyer, we run the numbers with you. The rate is the same; the treasurer signs off on what comes out of face value.
- Chargeback fees. Stripe passes them through. Reserve on your account covers most.
- Custom-domain setup. No fee, but you point the DNS.
