Partner program

Feed stores and rodeo queens sell your tickets. You pay them real commission automatically.

Every rodeo has neighbors with a counter, a customer base, and a reason to help. hqrodeo turns them into paid sellers without you tracking a spreadsheet. Enroll a partner, mint them a link and a QR poster, and every sale they touch shows up in their commission ledger and yours.

How it works

  1. 1

    Enroll a partner

Add the feed store, saddle shop, or rodeo queen from the committee console. Pick their commission rate. That is the full setup.

  2. 2

    Print the poster and card

The site generates a print-ready 11 by 17 poster and a 4 by 6 counter card for their shop. Each carries a QR that opens your storefront and tags the buyer to them.

  3. 3

Sell online, at the counter, or both

Online sales attribute automatically through the QR or short link. At the counter, the partner runs the built-in POS: large tier buttons, cash or card, print the ticket. Cash sales enter a partner ledger that nets against commission at payout.

  4. 4

    The site pays them

After each event's settlement window closes, commission releases to their Stripe Connect account. If they owe you cash, we net first and transfer the difference. If the net goes the other way, we bill them.

What the partner sees

A dashboard

Tickets sold, commission earned, next payout date, their rank in the season. Cash owed to the committee shown plainly with the netting math visible, because a partner who does not understand the math becomes a phone call to the committee.

Their earnings ledger

Every commission line traceable to the order that produced it. Clawbacks shown with the reason. Payout history with Stripe transfer ids. If a partner asks “where did that come from,” the answer is one click.

Commission is your call.

Set percentage or flat-per-ticket per partner. Add per-order caps if a partner is stacking family orders. The partner sees exactly what they will earn per ticket on their dashboard. Nothing hidden.

Our cut is unchanged. You pay $1.00 per ticket plus 4.9% whether the sale came through a partner or your storefront directly.

Why this exists

The competitors we replace treat partner referrals as a paid add-on module or a Google Form the committee tracks by hand. Neither is enough for a rodeo whose gate depends on the feed store selling half the tickets. We built the partner program in because it is not an add-on; it is how community rodeos actually sell.
