Terms of service (committees)
Version 2026-08-07
Plain-language summary
This is a summary. The full legal document is below and it is what governs your relationship with us — the summary just helps you understand what you agreed to.
- You keep every dollar of face value. Our fee is paid by the buyer at checkout (4.9% plus $1.25 per ticket, no cap), or by you if you set fee-payer to "committee".
- You decide what happens if a rodeo is rained out. We honor your refund and weather policy as you write it in the settings.
- You own your data. Your buyers, your events, your fee ledger. Export any of it at any time.
- We hold a small reserve for a few days after each event in case of last-minute refunds or chargebacks — a normal Stripe practice. Reserve percent and release day are on the Payouts settings.
- We can suspend committees that turn out to be a problem (fraud, chargebacks over threshold, terms violation). Existing tickets keep working; new sales pause. You'll hear from a person before it happens whenever possible.
- You can leave any time. Cancel from settings; we settle outstanding events per your payout policy and stop charging cards.
